This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website. Last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page.

What we collect

  • Nothing at all, if you only read. Browsing listings requires no account and we do not ask you to identify yourself.
  • Your email address, if you sign up for job alerts. That is all we ask for, alongside the optional category, state and qualification you want alerts about.
  • Your name, email, phone and company, if you register as an employer to post vacancies.
  • What you send us through the contact form.
  • Aggregate page counts. We count how many times each listing was opened. This is a per-page number, not a per-person one.

What we do with it

Email addresses are used to send the alerts you asked for and nothing else. Employer details identify who posted a vacancy. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We will disclose information only where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

We set one cookie of our own: a session cookie that keeps you signed in if you have an employer or admin account, and prevents a single page refresh being counted twice. It expires when you close your browser.

We show advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and other sites on the internet.

  • You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, may serve ads on this site using their own cookies. We do not control those cookies and cannot switch them off on your behalf.

Analytics

Where a web analytics service is in use, it records pages viewed, approximate location at country or city level, and the type of device — not your identity.

Your choices

  • Stop the alerts. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.
  • Get your data removed. Write to us and we will delete your subscription or employer account and everything attached to it.
  • Block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, except that you will not be able to sign in as an employer.

Children

This site is aimed at people old enough to work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Every listing links to an external application page or official notification. Once you follow such a link you are on somebody else's website, governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of the page will change.
