About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team. If you enjoy playing with data, finding hidden patterns, and building visual stories, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, if you have strong analytical logic and practical project experience, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
• Utilize Python for data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis.
• Analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to generate daily/weekly business reports.
• Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or BBA.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in data analysis. Highly skilled freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Core Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Mandatory Portfolio: You must have practically applied your skills. Candidates must provide links or references to at least 4 to 5 data projects or dashboards they have built independently.
• Analytical Skills: A strong foundational understanding of data logic, problem-solving, and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from raw data.
